Terms and Conditions
N.A.D.A.X Messaging/Calls/Email Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: [Insert Date]
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern NADAX text messages, emails, and calls. By providing your mobile number and/or email address and opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Consent to Receive Messages, Emails, and Calls
You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing communications from N.A.D.A.X (“NADAX,” “we,” “us”) via SMS/MMS text messages, emails, and phone calls at:
- the mobile telephone number and/or email address you provided when signing up, and/or
- any other number or email address you later designate.
Some texts and calls may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time (see Cancellation / Opt-Out below).
You represent that you are authorized to provide the phone number/email you submitted and that you are permitted to receive communications at that contact information.
No Third-Party Marketing
NADAX communicates with you only about NADAX and NADAX-related offerings, updates, and promotions.
- We do not authorize unaffiliated third parties to send marketing messages to you “on behalf of NADAX” for their own purposes.
- We do not sell or rent your phone number or email address to third parties for their marketing.
Important technical/legal note: Delivery of SMS/MMS necessarily involves your wireless carrier, and email delivery may involve internet/email providers and spam filters. We may also disclose information when legally required (for example, to comply with law, court orders, or lawful requests).
Message, Email, and Call Frequency
Message/email/call frequency will vary. NADAX may increase or decrease communications at any time.
Charges
Msg & data rates may apply depending on your plan and carrier or internet provider. NADAX does not charge you to receive messages, but your carrier/provider may.
Supported Devices, Coverage, and Delivery
Not all devices, handsets, email clients, or carriers support all message types. Communications may not be deliverable in all areas, and delivery is not guaranteed. Delays or failures can occur due to factors outside of NADAX’s control (including carrier network issues, device settings, filters, or service outages).
Cancellation / Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time:
Text Messages (SMS/MMS):
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any NADAX text message to cancel.
After you opt out, you may receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed.
Please note: Our automated system may not recognize opt-out requests that do not include one of the keywords above, and we may be unable to process requests submitted in other formats.
Emails:
Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email we send.
After clicking “Unsubscribe,” you may receive a confirmation that your request has been processed.
Please note: Unsubscribe requests submitted by methods other than the Unsubscribe link may not be recognized or processed.
Calls:
If you no longer want to receive marketing calls, tell us during a call or contact us using the information in Customer Care / Contact to be removed from call campaigns.
Opting out of one channel (texts) may not automatically opt you out of another (emails/calls). You may request opt-out across all channels.
